I found Karen to be extremely proactive giving me lots of hints, tips and advice but also insights into my dog’s behaviour, the initial assessment just blew me away with how much I got from it. As I have had dogs before and been through the training I’m not an inexperienced dog owner but at present, I have lots going on with a dog that is quite hard work, Karen made me feel extremely positive and I felt she was invested in helping/training me and my dogs.
